Loss control platform

A lightweight alternative to Loss Control 360 — built for independent loss control consultants, not enterprise carriers.

The problem

Loss Control 360 (and platforms like it) are built for large carriers, not for the independent consultant juggling survey scheduling, status tracking, and report drafting solo. A lot of that time goes into paperwork rather than actual inspection work.

The plan

Not a full platform replacement — that's a multi-year, well-funded team's project. Instead: a tightly scoped tool that does two things well — tracks survey/appointment status end-to-end, and speeds up drafting Description of Operations and report narratives using AI, building on an existing report-generation project I'd already started.

Target price: around $100/year per consultant. The bar isn't "replace the industry platform," it's "save a solo consultant a few hours a week."
